In France they have just adopted a law on anonymous curriculum. In the UK in the ads for "recruitment" is never specified age or sex. Can never be such a thing possible in Italy? We talk about permanent position as "value", but in reality in our country is a "necessity." Flexibility in the fire would only be possible with the flexibility in hiring, and this would be a good starting point for changing attitudes in the country of nepotism and recommendations. "Flexibility" is not synonymous with "precarious". Flexibility is a woman who can make a career, a man who can do the Secretary, a 30 year old taken even if no children, a 45 year old who can relocate, a graduate hired for a menial jobs.
