a counter-capitalist economic boom: in Russia the life expectancy of a man is 58 years (compared to 78 of an Italian man), and for Russian women but the difference is reduced to "only" 8 years (72 years versus 80). Alongside these old customs, There is a new problem: that of health care, progressive decline in quality and quantity. At the time of communism, the quality of the health system was poor, but access to treatment was more or less guaranteed. Today, however, only 10 drugs for high blood pressure, however, are free and are often lacking and must be paid handsomely.
